How do I start a new subscription?

Visit our subscription page to choose a term and delivery region. You can start a new subscription at alpinist.com/subscribe/new.

How do I give a gift subscription?

Gift subscriptions are available through the same subscription page. Choose a plan, select the gift option, and enter the recipient’s information during checkout.

How do I access my subscription account?

Use the email address associated with your subscription to access your account. From there, you can view your subscription, update your mailing address, change your payment method, or manage your renewal settings.

Can you email me a secure sign-in link?

Yes. Enter the email address associated with your subscription and we’ll send you a secure link to sign in. No password is required.

How do I renew my subscription?

Access your subscription account using the email address associated with your subscription. Once signed in, you can view your subscription and manage available renewal options.

How do I update my mailing address or payment method?

Sign in to your subscription account and open your subscription dashboard. You can update your mailing address, payment method, and other account details from there.

What if I subscribed before the new account system?

We’ve upgraded our subscription system. Existing subscribers can access their account using the email address associated with their subscription. You no longer need a customer number from your mailing label.

I do not know which email address is associated with my subscription. What should I do?

Your account is connected to the email address used when you subscribed. If you’re not sure which email is on file, please contact us at [email protected] or call 802-644-6606.
