Marion Poitevin and Philippe Batoux climb the Cornuau-Davaille Route (IV: 5.9, A1, WI4+/5, 1000m Cornuau-Davaille, 1955) on the north face of Les Droites. The first ascent took over five days, and was done prior to the invention of modern ice tools or ice screws.
